Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new employees and ensure a positive joining experience.
• Maintain employee records and handle all HR-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of recruitment practices and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute employee engagement activities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
