• Assisting the recruitment team in the initial screening and interview process.
• Supporting the HR department in managing employee records and files.
• Contributing to HR analytics in generating insightful reports.
• Email communication and coordination with Management
• Posting & publishing job descriptions on our network and different portals.
• Sourcing candidate and Database from job portals
• Head Hunting, Calling and Follow-ups with the candidates
• Interviewing candidates based on the requirements
• To handle Company’s social media pages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹6,055.57 per month
