Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Location: Essential Oil Association of India, Block C, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in publishing and managing job postings across relevant job portals and platforms.
• Assist in resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation support, preparation of employment contracts, and maintenance of accurate employee records.
• Contribute to the timely resolution of basic employee queries and workplace concerns in a professional and confidential manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in Human Resources with a strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
