Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Freshers to join our team as HR Executives.

This role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and interest in human resource management.

This is a great opportunity for BBA and MBA graduates to build their career in HR and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

HR Operations

• Assist in onboarding and induction process
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support attendance and leave management tracking

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing internal events and team activities
• Support employee communication and engagement initiatives
• Help maintain positive workplace culture

Administrative Support

• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Maintain HR files and compliance documentation
• Support payroll data coordination (if required)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and policies
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• BBA
• MBA (HR / Marketing / Business Administration)

Experience

• Freshers (0–1 year) can apply
• Internship experience in HR is an added advantage
