Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions
- End - End Recruitment
- Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners to improve productivity.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters after eligibility verification.
- Track employee attendance and maintain accurate reports.
- Manage salary processing in coordination with accounts.
- Arrange training for new employees and collect evaluation reports.
- Organize performance review meetings as per schedule.
- Monitor all departments to ensure maximum manpower utilization.
- Maintain employee records, reports, and documents in a confidential manner.
- Handle disciplinary actions (e.g., issuing memos) when required.
- Conduct appraisals and recommend promotions/performance improvements.
- Build strong professional relationships with employees to maintain a positive environment.
- Organize team-building activities and handle company events.
- Ensure team stability and employee retention.
Administrative Functions
- Maintain all official records and documentation systematically.
- Handle file management and office documentation securely.
- Manage billing and stock records.
- Ensure system (IT/computer) maintenance for smooth workflow.
- Oversee office infrastructure, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Maintain good public relations on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Management.
- 3–7 years of HR & Admin experience preferred.
- Strong skills in recruitment, payroll, and documentation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
