HR Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join RENOVE INTERIORS on a full-time basis. This on-site role is based in Industrial area i-10/3 Islamabad, Pakistan. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with management to develop HR strategies, handle performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment while ensuring the organization adheres to employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in HR Policies & Procedures, Labor Laws, and Regulatory Compliance
• Skills in Team Leadership, Organizational Development, and Employee Training Programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
