We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, managing talent, and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ability to handle performance management and appraisals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee performance evaluations, appraisals, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support management in creating a positive and productive work environment
