HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Officer to support the day-to-day activities of our HR department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, office management, vendor coordination, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Management:

- Source and liaise with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services

- Manage procurement processes, including ordering and tracking office equipment

- Maintain and update inventory records for all office assets

- HR Support:

- Assist in onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and HR documentation

- Provide general support for other HR initiatives as required

Requirements:

0 to 01 years of experience in HR and operations support roles

- Strong knowledge of administrative systems, procurement, and inventory management

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
