Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates, Screening & Shortlisting, Coordination, Onboarding Assistance:, Database Management, Relationship Management, Continuous Improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills
