Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for real estate roles like Sales Managers, Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers, Telecallers, and Site Sales Executives.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with sales leaders and project heads.
• Handle volume hiring for project launches and new mandates.
• Understand manpower requirements from developers and internal sales teams and plan hiring accordingly.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure quick closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reporting on hiring status.
• Support in onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities of new hires.
• Develop talent pipeline for upcoming real estate projects.
• Assist in employee referral programs and walk-in drives when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
