Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced HR candidate to manage and develop our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in commodities, agriculture, or trading sectors)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
