Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm with a demanding and high-profile clientele is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have specialized studies and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years of experience in the HR Manager role. Advanced knowledge of recruitment software (ATS), payroll systems, and data analysis tools such as HR Analytics, Big Data, HR Metrics, KPIs, as well as artificial intelligence (AI) applications supporting decision-making, is essential.

Requirements

  • University degree and postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HR Manager
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and payroll software
  • Experience with HR Analytics, Big Data, KPIs, and AI tools for HR decision support
