Human Resources Administrator

As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll oversee all HR functions in our restaurant. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and a go-to resource for employees—helping us build strong teams, positive culture, and compliant, efficient HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for restaurant and hotel staff
  • Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and coaching
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records
  • Drive training initiatives and support leadership development
  • Handle disciplinary actions and investigations with fairness and discretion
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our brand values

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven HR experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Approachable, fair, and confident in handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to work closely with operations in a fast-paced environment
