HR Manager -IT company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Address employee queries and ensure a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support HR reporting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
