Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Address employee queries and ensure a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support HR reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
