HR Manager Generalist

Looking for a candidate from BPO / IT / ITES - Should be ready for any Day / Evening / Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Drives and develops the culture and design of the organization

· Ensures creation and adherence to policies and processes and initiate change or updation wherever needed

· Coordinating with recruitment team.

· Drives employee initiatives and engagement via celebrations, training, and
development.

· Formulate and executive monthly quarterly reviews across services and verticals

· Design process and policies for site operations in association with business heads and partners

· Formulate and advise new initiatives and enhancements in line with business goals and industry standards

· Will be responsible for payroll, attendance management, oboarding and induction of new employees.

· Focus is employees grievance management and payroll management

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
