Human Resources Administrator

Managing full employee lifecycle for teaching and non-teaching staff, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance management. They develop school policies, maintain staff records, ensure labor law adherence, and foster a positive, safe working environment to support educational objectives.

Pay: ₹25,311.39 - ₹40,249.92 per month
