Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary:

The HR Manager in a restaurant is responsible for managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a vital role in creating a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management and evaluation processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with finance or accounts for timely salary processing and payroll data.
  • Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Monitor staff turnover and suggest retention strategies.
  • Support workforce planning and scheduling in coordination with department heads.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive staff matters.

Qualifications:.

  • 5+ years of HR experience; F&B is must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
