Temporary Human Resources Administrator Schedule

Start date: October to February

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm

Rewarding pay is based on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Director
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in maintaining referral bonus program
• Manage and record employee uniform purchases
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist with sourcing candidates and update our database

Requirements

• Excellent people skills
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS (will provide training to the right candidate)
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases (will provide training to the right candidate)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred not required)
