Human Resources Assistant

  • We need an awesome partner who wants to grow and gain serious experience in the area of Human Resources as well as Training:
    • Excellent computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word (including mail merge), Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with integrated human resources management system highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, office equipment, using business websites, and other office procedures and terminology.
    • Familiarity with human resources functions, such as recruitment, benefit administration, payroll, human resources practices and procedures, and regulations related to employment.
    • Interpersonal skills to include ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things; Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a positive manner, build positive work relationships, and work effectively in a team environment
    • Communication, such as demonstrated ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, and ability to create and edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, and read and accurately interpret written information.
    • Planning and organizational ability to plan and prioritize work activities and multiple projects, develop realistic action plans, and independently use time efficiently to accomplish work within time established.
    • A serious ability to track and document training to ensure the team maintains all requirements.
