Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Update and Maintain Employee Records
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Handle employee benefits and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials to enhance employee development opportunities.
  • Manage employee relations issues by providing support in conflict management and resolution processes.
  • Assist with other special projects and assignments as requested by management

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR, office administration, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
