Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the staffing industry. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee development, and internal equity to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace. By leveraging HRIS systems such as ADP and Microsoft SharePoint, the HRBP ensures efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making. Ultimately, this role contributes to building a resilient workforce that supports business growth and operational excellence through proactive human capital management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Lead HR initiatives including talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to drive consistent and fair practices.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees and career pathing initiatives.
  • Advise on total rewards programs and internal equity to ensure competitive compensation and benefits that motivate and retain employees.
  • Manage benefits administration, 401(k) administration, and unemployment claims.
  • Facilitate the performance review process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and business trends to identify opportunities for organizational development and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize HRIS systems, including ADP and Microsoft SharePoint, to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
  • Support HR operations by overseeing compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically ADP or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
  • Experience working within the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and influence senior leadership.
