Human Resources Assistant

RoyPow is seeking a motivated HR Assistant with a background in recruitment and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for recruiting and employee relations.
  • Administer onboarding and exit processing, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recuitment and employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
