Position Overview:

The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Department. This role will assist in ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, including recruitment, documentation, attendance, employee engagement, and record management. The HR Assistant will act as a bridge between HR and other departments, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate candidate scheduling, interviews, and trial arrangements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
  • Assist in preparing employment offers, onboarding documents, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure personnel files are complete and up-to-date.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and manual).
  • Assist in preparing letters, memos, and reports (e.g., revision letters, confirmations).
  • Support in leave management, attendance monitoring, and timesheet verification.

3. Employee Relations & Communication

  • Assist in organizing staff meetings, orientations, and HR-related events.
  • Support in conducting employee surveys, engagement activities, and HR initiatives.

4. HR Data & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR trackers (recruitment, probation, leaves, evaluations, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times..
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level HR experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Karachi Lyari: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR : 1 year (Preferred)
