About Us:
The Foresta by Joysuites Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a premium pre-opening property known for its commitment to excellence and a people-first work culture. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave records
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
• Prepare HR letters, memos, and internal communications
• Support payroll processing and performance evaluation activities
• Handle employee queries and assist in HR compliance and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations (hospitality experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Pay: ₹10,149.93 - ₹22,000.00 per month
