We are Hiring: HR Assistant - HR Yard Operations

Company: Lamprell Energy Ltd.

Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE

Lamprell is looking for a young and energetic HR Assistant to join our HR Yard Operations team and support our yard-based employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employees with HR queries, documentation & grievance handling
• Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams
• Handle leave management, payroll coordination & records
• Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes
• Arrange vacation/demobilization tickets for employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in HR
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry, based in the UAE
• Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
• Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred
