Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in human resources and a solid understanding of HR operations and best practices. This position is not a managerial role, but it offers opportunities to grow and make a meaningful impact within our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or officer role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
