WOW Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate firm based in Sharjah, recognized for its professionalism, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR department and ensure the efficient management of all HR functions and operations across the organization.

Position Overview:
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading the HR team, developing and executing effective HR strategies, and managing the full cycle of HR operations — from recruitment to retention. The role requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment and seamless onboarding processes within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the smooth execution of all HR operations.
  • Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet business expansion needs within short timeframes.
  • Develop and oversee structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively and quickly become productive team members.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company goals and UAE labor laws.
  • Manage performance evaluation, training, and development programs to enhance employee growth and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support senior management with strategic HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, mass onboarding, and HR operations within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and local HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the real estate or property development sector is highly preferred.

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
