Job Title: HR Officer (Experience in SAIF Zone Preferred)
Location: Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone), UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage and oversee all aspects of Human Resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, HR best practices, and hands-on experience dealing with SAIF Zone procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with SAIF Zone authorities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and SAIF Zone HR regulations.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management and coordinate with auditors when required.
  • Assist with policy development, implementation, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (experience in SAIF Zone is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
