Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.​
  • Support onboarding of new employees and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.​
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using MS Excel and Word.​
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.​
  • Collaborate with HR managers and department heads to fulfill their hiring and administrative needs.​

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR or administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.​
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
