Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with system data entry, audits, and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Support HR team with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or data entry (internship or co-op experience acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
