📍 Location: Greater Portland Metro Area

💲 Compensation: $23-$30/hour, depending on experience

Contract, On-Site

Our team is looking to connect with professionals in HR open to exploring career opportunities!

What You'll Do

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruitment activities
• Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and new hire paperwork
• Track employee training, compliance requirements, and HR files
• Enter and maintain data within HRIS and related systems
• Provide administrative support to HR leadership and team members
• Help support employee engagement programs and company initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or related experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, or workforce management systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
