The HR Assistant – Recruitment reports directly to the Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor at company headquarters. This role is responsible for actively supporting a wide range of recruitment and HR functions to ensure the efficient operation of the hiring process and HR department.
Key Responsibilities
· Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
· Candidate and Manager Communications: Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers to guarantee a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
· Applicant Tracking and Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
· Recruitment Materials Development: Assist in the creation of job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment-related materials.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports, maintaining employee files, and managing correspondence.
· Employer Branding and Event Planning: Contribute to employer branding initiatives and assist in organizing career fairs and other recruitment events.
· Compliance Support: Support adherence to HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
· Collaboration on Engagement and Retention: Work closely with HR team members on projects related to employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a human resources-related education program
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
· Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
· Assertive and outgoing personality
· Excellent reasoning skills and ingenuity for solving complex problems
· Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
