Keystone Hospice in Eagle, Idaho, is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable HR Associate to support our growing team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive human resources assistance across multiple departments, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and onboarding.

Responsibilities Include:
-Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
-Administer employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance programs
-Assist in employee relations as needed
-Contribute to employee training and development programs
-Apply
-Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in employee files and in payroll system
-Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR strategies
-Participate in employee evaluations and organizational change efforts
-Communicate clearly with employees on HR policies and issues
-Maintain accurate records with employee and company interactions
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field-1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-client HR environment, recent graduates are encouraged to apply
-Working knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
-Proficiency with HR platforms, payroll systems, Excel and GSuite
-Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
-Experience supporting multiple departments or clients with diverse HR needs-Committed to confidentiality in all aspects of the job-Possess a problem solving mindset with ability to adapt to various situations

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
