Key Responsibilities:
● Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both Tech & Non-Tech roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication and timely
feedback.
● Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and other HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and
stakeholders.
● Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and selection techniques to identify top talent efficiently.
