Human Resources Associate
Eight Eleven Group is currently seeking a Human Resources Associate to meet its growing demands. The individual, who will work in close coordination with Company’s existing HR team, will assist in a variety of administrative tasks that will include the following:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
• Provides general administrative support to HR Department
• Support internal and external requests related to the HR
• Assist in the administration of the company’s Health & Welfare benefits programs including:
employee enrollments, employee terminations, and effectively communicating plan details to
employees.
• Assist with weekly COBRA administration.
• Assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance
• Assist fellow HR team members on various other ad-hoc tasks.
Prior professional experience with the above responsibilities is helpful, but not required. The position will require the employee to work in the office for the first several weeks (or longer) until demonstrating that they are able to work under less supervision. Once the employee is comfortable with their duties, the position will allow for the ability to work from home one day per week. Company Headquarters are located in Broad Ripple.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to execute re-occurring (daily, weekly, monthly) tasks.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to understand and clearly articulate information to others.
• Aptitude to identify the root cause of a problem and work to determine a solution.
• Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks assigned
• Ability to recognize when a situation requires escalation to a manager.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, & Outlook. Knowledge with ADP WorkForceNow is a plus
• At a minimum, Associate’s Degree is required. Additional education or experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary will factor in both the job duties and employee’s prior experience (if any). Employees are eligible to join the company sponsored group health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, and access to Company’s 401k plan with Company matching contributions.
