As Manager – HR Business Partnering , you’ll be at the heart of our business, providing strategic HR guidance, building strong partnerships with department heads, and driving initiatives that strengthen our culture, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement. From workforce planning to talent development, you’ll ensure every HR decision supports business goals and helps our teams thrive.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a strategic HR advisor, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
• Guide leaders on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, talent retention, and development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DHE policies across the employee lifecycle.
• Use HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding, training, development, and change management initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally in large or complex organizations.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience in talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in H7RIS and Microsoft Office.
