Responsibilities

Partner with technology leaders to align talent strategy with business goals and digital transformation initiatives

Lead workforce planning, skills gap analysis, succession planning, and organizational design for critical roles

Provide HR consulting and support on performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions
-
Support change management initiatives and capability-building programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
-
Drive the rollout and adoption of HR programs, including performance management, learning, rewards, and recognition
-
Act as a strategic advisor on talent development, retention, and workforce deployment across technology teams.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
