An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a high-profile organization delivering transformative projects across Saudi Arabia.

This is a strategic HR role where you’ll play a key part in driving employee engagement, performance, and people operations across a major construction or real estate development project.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main HR point of contact for project-based employees

• Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

• Lead wellbeing initiatives aligned with organizational values

• Support performance management and annual review cycles

• Partner with managers on learning and development needs

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi labor laws

• Prepare reports, data summaries, and key project communications

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔️ Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role

✔️ In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment practices

✔️ Experience working in construction, engineering, or real estate sectors

✔️ Strong interpersonal and advisory skills at all organizational levels

✔️ Degree-qualified in HR or related field (CIPD or similar preferred)

✔️ Comfortable working with HRIS platforms – Oracle knowledge is a plus
