Human Resources Business Partner

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team and play a key role in driving people initiatives that strengthen culture, support growth, and align with business objectives. This role will work closely with leaders and employees across multiple functions, serving as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on partner for a wide variety of HR needs.

Responsiblities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance, employee relations, policies, and workplace concerns.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR specialists to deliver effective programs and resources.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and follow-up action planning.
  • Analyze workforce data such as retention, turnover, and engagement to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to talent strategies, including recruitment, development, mobility, and retention.
  • Partner with leaders on succession planning and career development conversations.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years working directly in a business partner capacity.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR certification a plus).
  • Experience in areas such as compensation, change management, or international HR is a bonus.
