Job Summary

The HR Business Partner supports the business in achieving its goals by implementing effective HR strategies and solutions. This role focuses on organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, while ensuring alignment with overall HR policies and company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Lead and implement organizational development initiatives to drive performance and culture enhancement.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback processes.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, personnel policies, and HR compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with payroll and personnel teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across all functions.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • HR certification or diploma is an advantage.
    • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement.
    • Exposure to personnel and payroll functions is required.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • High level of business acumen and organizational awareness.
    • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
    • Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and performance management frameworks.
    • Experience in employee engagement and OD program design and implementation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage.
    • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
    • Ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders.
    • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and driving results through people.
    • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
