We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join HR team and help shape the future of our organization.


Purpose

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and business units, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. This role is responsible for proactively driving the people agenda, supporting organizational goals, and enabling a high-performance culture. The HRBP will champion employee engagement, manage change effectively, and ensure consistent application of HR practices aligned with business needs and organizational values.


Accountabilities

  • Deliver the agreed people plans that are relevant to the business and aligns with HR principles
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement , and ensuring alignment with company strategy .
  • Engage with the business on an ongoing basis to keep up to date with business needs and requirements
  • Support identified talent to execute development plans
  • Work with the managers to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure HR Policies are applied consistently across the business while maintaining compliance with labor law and regulation.
  • Acting as trusted advisor


Education, Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in HR (typically 8+ years)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical approach with data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving
