Human Resources Business Partner


We are seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner with a solid track record of at least five years of hands-on experience in Human Resources. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about partnering closely with business leaders, shaping people strategies, and driving impactful HR initiatives across a sophisticated, fast-paced international environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, learning & development, and organizational engagement activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development and talent priorities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across the organization
  • Manage talent management programs , including succession planning, career development and high-potential identification
  • Drive annual performance management cycles , ensuring alignment with corporate standards and leadership expectations
  • Design and coordinate learning & development programs , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability building
  • Partner with global HR teams on policy development, employee engagement and best-practice implementation
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Ensure full compliance with HR policies, labor law and internal governance procedures


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in similar strategic HR roles
  • Strong background in Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management and Learning & Development
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university; strong academic record is preferred
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in international, matrixed and fast-paced corporate environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of ownership, professionalism, and confidentiality
