We are looking for a HRBP to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring deep understanding of organizational strategy
• Initiate and launch HR projects including performance management, headcount management, talent management and Compensation&Benefits management.
• Design and implement HR policies tailored to local regulations and cross-border collaboration requirements
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to continuously keep the employer brand strong and attractive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above
• 2-5 years HRBP experience, better with experience in multinational environment
• Expert knowledge of Turkish employment law and common practice
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written/spoken)
