Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning people strategy with business objectives, championing change, and driving employee engagement and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Lead talent attraction efforts and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture.
  • Support performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback, development, and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure legal compliance and adherence to HR policies and practices.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business partnering role in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG or manufacturing).
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in driving talent development, engagement, and organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
