Human Resources Business Partner

A credit hedge fund with $10 billion in assets under management is looking to hire an HRBP for their Greenwich office.


Role and Responsibilities


A successful candidate will have experience with recruiting and compensation. The role will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner, providing support to a growing business unit. The candidate will need to establish collaborative working relationships with business managers across multiple offices. Strong data management skills are critical to this individual’s success and a successful candidate will have the ability to organize, present, and analyze data to draw conclusions.


Specific responsibilities will include:

General HR:

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Direct Lending business

• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource matters, including recruiting, compensation, performance review, employee relations, employee engagement and learning & development

• Assist in designing and administering an effective performance review process and in writing messages for performance reviews and employee conversations

• Work closely with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention

• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning Recruiting

• Manage recruiting process for investment roles at all levels including designing customized interview processes



Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR generalist/business partnership seats

• Demonstrated track record of recruiting success
