🏥 Human Resources Operations Manager & Business Partner

A mission-driven hospital in Westchester County is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager & Business Partner to join its growing HR leadership team.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CHRO, offering the opportunity to shape HR operations, lead labor relations initiatives, and partner with hospital leadership in a collaborative, unionized healthcare environment.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead employee & labor relations , including investigations, grievance resolution, and union contract interpretation
• Prepare for and support collective bargaining
• Drive HR compliance initiatives (Joint Commission readiness, regulatory audits, policy reviews, primary source verification)
• Partner with department leaders on performance management and employee relations matters
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies
• Analyze HR data and provide reporting to support leadership decision-making
• Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and workflows
• Collaborate on onboarding, training, and internal communications

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or PHR/SPHR preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong experience working in unionized environments
• Expertise in labor relations and compliance
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, HR data analysis)
• Experience with ICIMS or another ATS
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills
