Human Resources Business Partner

An industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization is actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for their growing non-union facility. This role will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies in several functional areas to advance business operations and provide high quality HR services.


Position Overview

  • Assist with the development and management of internal HR systems and policies.
  • Strategically support various HR functions for the site including, payroll/benefits, training/development, talent acquisition, etc.
  • Maintain employee files within HRIS (SAP and Workday preferred)
  • Ensure organization/location compliance to legal and company policies and requirements.
  • Lead and/or participate in HR-specific projects and initiatives.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment and/or administrative level experience.
