An established multi-location organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong reporting and HR analytics background to join their team in Panama City, FL. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive data-informed HR strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic HR partnership experience and advanced data analysis skills, helping leaders make informed decisions around talent, workforce trends, and organizational performance.
What You'll Do

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs

Provide guidance on employee relations, employment law, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance

Analyze HR data to deliver actionable insights on turnover, hiring trends, compensation, and workforce analytics

Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms

Conduct predictive and strategic workforce analytics to support business growth initiatives

Serve as a subject matter expert on HR metrics and operational KPIs

Support leaders in improving employee engagement, retention, and team performance

Administer and monitor leave of absence programs including STD and LTD

Manage HR processes within the HRIS including talent management, recruiting, onboarding, position management, and unemployment

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, etc.)

Lead or support cross-functional HR initiatives focused on process improvement and scalability

Investigate and resolve employee relations matters and workplace concerns
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner or strategic HR roles

Strong HR reporting, data analysis, and workforce analytics experience

Experience creating HR dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)

Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance

Experience supporting multi-location organizations strongly preferred
