Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner for a prestigious client at their Head Office in Karachi.

Industry: Pharmaceuticals (Preferred)

Location: Head Office – Karachi

Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: 3–4 years of core HRBP experience in an SME or large organization

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering and people strategy alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• High level of comprehension and analytical thinking
• Ability to work closely with divisional leadership on HR initiatives
• Certified HRBP would be an added advantage
• Pharma sector experience preferred, but candidates from other industries may also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to divisional leadership by aligning people strategies with business goals
• Conduct job analysis and role mapping to support workforce planning
• Support talent deployment, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Facilitate performance management processes across assigned divisions
• Ensure accurate governance of HR systems and employee data
• Manage employee relations matters while maintaining a positive work environment
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and compliance across divisions

Compensation: Up to PKR 180,000 (Based on experience)
