Experience: 5–8 Years in HR, preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a prestigious pharmaceutical organization in Karachi. The client is seeking a dynamic HR professional with strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR management.

Key Requirements:

• BBA / MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution

5–8 years of relevant HR experience

• Proficient in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage HR functions independently and strategically
